Description
Part of the 'This is My Name’ Series — Be Like Jane is the embodiment of dedication, perseverance, and determination. This piece is inspired by three influential women all with the same name, Jane. Jane Goodall, Jane Bolin, and Jane Tomlinson have all shown remarkable strength throughout their lives; each having their own struggles but continuing to fight their way toward a better future in the process. These women have become inspirations and heroes to many. The lyrics, “Pain is not unusual in the journey to find ourselves,” speaks to having the courage to move forward even when it seems like there is no light at the end of the tunnel, so be like Jane. Always fight, live, love, and dream!
